A single Widal test with titres like O = 1:80 and H = 1:80 does not confirm typhoid fever. These levels can also be seen in past exposure, vaccination, or even cross-reactions. For a diagnosis of typhoid, we usually rely on: Clinical symptoms (high continuous fever, abdominal pain, headache, etc.) Blood culture (more reliable) A rising Widal titre in repeat testing after 7–10 days
Next Steps
If you do not have ongoing fever and other typical symptoms, this report alone does not mean you have typhoid, and no antibiotics are needed.
Health Tips
If you do have persistent high fever, please consult a physician for proper evaluation and tests before starting treatment.

Based on the reports, there is a possibility for typhoid fever. But would need a detailed history, like in which day of fever your blood test has been taken. How is your fever, how you feel and so much more about your food habits and recent travel history and all. Without which I can't confirm whether you have typhoid right now. Please do connect if you need more help Meanwhile, T. Paracetamol 500mg 1-1-1 Avoid rice and spicy foods Consume hot water Take good rest
