I'm suffering from a cold and sore throat from 25 days . I took two doses of antibiotics but still it's not healed completely. I get chest pain sometimes. Is it something serious? What could it be?

Hi , i am a 32 year old woman unmarried. Recently I have observed that everyday around 10 am ish i feel dizzy and a slight headache i need to rest to feel energetic again. I have checked my BP and sugar and it is 110/70 and fasting sugar is 90 from the last 3 days. A week ago i had severe eye pain and headache and light sensitivity visited a ophthalmologist and stated that i have power and to wear glasses and it is minimal and there is no photosensitivity it is just dry eyes and nothing to worry but any underlying issues to take a full body test blood and urine test. Highlighted results are Kidney function test Uric acid - 7.2 Urea -14 Bun 6.7 Lipid profile 1. Triglycerides: 248 2.hdl direct: 39.1 3. Ldl direct : 131 4. Chol/hdl ratio :4.88 5. Ldl/hdl ratio : 3.35 Liver function test: Globulin : 2.95 Blood test Wbc: 13.7 RBC . 5.2 Crp c reactive : 16.4 B12 : 176 Vitamin D : 11.83 Please advise why am i feeling very dizzy and very lethargic

I was on ME12 tablet for b12 deficiency, now it has come to normal level. I need to maintain it with some maintainance dose...as I don't have any dairy or non veg. Please let me know which will be good medicine to maintain .

What all should I test in a lab to get a general idea of my current health state. And would a normal consultation be able to review those teat results? I have gut issues like burning sensation, and also heart pains at night usually mostly gastric but sometimes it is more, so i have a fear if it's a heart problem or a gut problem that is causing a pain.
