Hi, For the past fews days i am having shivering and when this comes my eyes start to blur for few sec and feels like i am going to faint. And i feel so weak. I don't feel any appetite but feels thirsty most of the time. While sleeping i am not able sleep well get sudden pain near chest and sometimes headaches and i woke up and body start to sweats . So i  will wait for 10 to 15 min to get my body to be feel normal.. I had sinus infection 2 weeks back. I need advice please help. Thank you in advance.

I had visited Saudi Arabia for 15 days and there I got cough at first then as days passed I got fever also. I took Dolo 650 and moxikind cv 625 after which it was relieved and I was alright. Now again from 2 days I'm getting fever every 2 hours. If I take Dolo 650, the temperature goes down and again after an hour it goes up. I even have severe dry cough. Please prescribe medicine. Thanks
