I was getting too much tiredness a 2 months back. All  tests ( Hba1C, LFT, KFT, electrolytes Lipid profile, BP, ECG , Vitamin D) where normal. Vitamin B12 was 340. Doctor told to do Vitamin B 12 again after 2 months  . now it's 232. Doctor is asking to take Vitamin B 12 injections. Shall I proceed ? How much should be B12 ?

My mother was having coughing symptom from the past 7 to 8 months. We consulted doctor and took antibiotics like Amoxicillin Swich 200, ceftas 200, cloff 500. In April the ESR was 94 and in September it was 82 then it came down to 64. After cloff doctor told us to take doxt sl 100 then the ESR came to 33. But after doxt sl the pressure which was previously remaining normal it started fluctuating like 115/59, 109/55, then doctor told us to take amlovas m 2.5/25 previously my mother was taking stamlobeta for pressure for last 20 years. It's been 2 days since amlovas m has been Started and the pressure is like 147/70,149/82, previously the upper part remaines between 120 to 130 but now it is going higher. The amlovas m has been started 2 days ago , can I give stamlobeta today to normalise the pressure. And regarding cough she is still having cough and shortness of breath. What to do in this situation? Your responses will be very helpful Thank you..

Hi Sir, I have did whole body test, in which I was diagnosis with fatty liver grade 2, I have did fabroscan which result also grade 2. But due to precaution point I want to conduct  tests which can inform if I have any type of worms. Please inform the test names which may inform if I am infected with any type of worms like pigworms or other.

Hi , i am a 32 year old woman unmarried. Recently I have observed that everyday around 10 am ish i feel dizzy and a slight headache i need to rest to feel energetic again. I have checked my BP and sugar and it is 110/70 and fasting sugar is 90 from the last 3 days. A week ago i had severe eye pain and headache and light sensitivity visited a ophthalmologist and stated that i have power and to wear glasses and it is minimal and there is no photosensitivity it is just dry eyes and nothing to worry but any underlying issues to take a full body test blood and urine test. I was on ME12 tablet for b12 deficiency, now it has come to normal level. I need to maintain it with some maintainance dose...as I don't have any dairy or non veg. Please let me know which will be good medicine to maintain .

What all should I test in a lab to get a general idea of my current health state. And would a normal consultation be able to review those teat results? I have gut issues like burning sensation, and also heart pains at night usually mostly gastric but sometimes it is more, so i have a fear if it's a heart problem or a gut problem that is causing a pain.
