It's feel hard to memorise. Also heart palpitations but there palpitations not only in heart also in brain and the veins/arteries palpitate of whole body. After 10 days to fever . I have sea this doctor . Doctor advice blood test Dengue-1.52 Widal-negetive Maleria-negetive Cbc-12.76 Platelet-1.10 lakh Doctor advice -caripil tab three times five days. Antacid-two times Liver tonic-three time Multivitamins one time. 02.09.23 platelet count test report this 1.45 lakh . But heavy weekness and only night fever. Please help me.
