I have pain at back of my head, shoulder muscles and collar bone while writing usually on the right side (im right handed) in the past week i have also consumed calcium supplements but it only cured my back pain and white discharge. Whenever i try to this pain strikes please help

Having frequent cough and cold for the past 2 months. Every 2-3 weeks getting cold. Used to take steam and do gargle then it would subside on its own. Starting from the beginning 4-5days ago my calves would pain then 2days later had a itchy throat. Now I'm down with fever since yesterday. Fever came two times yesterday took paracetamol 650. Fever Temperature is 102 everytime I measure. Today also fever came two times same temperature. Having body pain muscle and joint pain especially from my hips to both legs. Head feels heavy, eye pain. Feeling tired and sleepy all the time. Why this recurrent fever? Haven't done any tests yet. Could this be dengue?

My father in law 67 has got 80% blockage reacebtly caught in angiogram he was feeling dizzy and complaining irregular heart beat. Doctor asbised bypass but as a second opinion would like to know is bypass last resort for 80% blockage, and with 80% blockage will the surgery be quite risky? And after effects and recovery is that a bit complicated? Hee has no sugar or pressure cholestrol in check and was always into exersice and good food habits still got blockage, what is the reason of blockage then when he has a very disciplined lfie style

Hi I am getting cough like stopping and coming seviourly, dry cough sometimes day less night more and vice versa, i already used roxid tablet before that I had throught pain,  it's completely gone, I am using macberry syrup for cough suggest me another one, where I could get rid off 2days ,its more than 2,weeks.
