On hearing loud sound there is pain in my left chest region between collar bone and chest area is what is the probable reason is this cardiac related or ent ?

I always get painful bruises after working out in the gym. Mostly on my knees, thighs and arms. If i am having a leg day then i get bruises on my thighs and if i am working out with dumbbells then i get bruises on my arms. Is this normal? Whenever i exercise i get bruises but i don't hurt myself. I am scared as hell.

I am a 29 y/o male. I have hypertension since late march 2023 and I have started meds from last month(BP average is 140-145/80-90). Lately I've had some trouble like frequent urination, bubbly urine and so I did a couple of tests which detected an increase in cholesterol and 'traces' of protein in urine. Everything was normal like ACR ratio and other parameters, however, now my physician has told me to get ecg done and it has dipped me in anxiety, everytime I think I have chf and waste time by googling or testing myself(lying down flat to check fr breathlessness) I get more anxious by seeing that high bp causes chf and even though the chest xray done in late march says my heart size is normal, I feel scared. People around me have tried to explain that it's not possible to develope chf in such a short time but I really feel exhaustive by googling. How to cope with this?

My nose is bleeding sometimes...it bleeded 2 days ago and today in the morning it bleeded one time and now in evening...only one drop of blood is falling from my nose ...what should be the reason?

Lam taking fludac 60 mg in night. I told this to the doctor that i am feeling extreme sleepiness and weakness throughout the day. Also done with thyroid,EEG test and other. Everything is normal. Plz note modafinil doesn't suits me. Plz provide me a helpful advice
