My son is 2 years old he leaves breastfeeding very hardly not having mother milk from last 10 days but still milk is coming should I continue breastfeeding or something else

I have been diagnosed with Vitamin B12 deficiency. B12 at level 83 which is very low. My doctor prescribed renerve plus daily once for 3 months. Then to take blood test again. I completed 2 months course.. But still I have foot numbness, some prickles here and there in foot, some sensation in foot. Is it ok to continue tablets for 1 more month? Or should I take injection definitely? I m yet to take my blood test again.

I have regurgitation issue from 1 month but after taking medicines for 15 days I am feeling relief whole day but when I eat in evening time then I feel regurgitation issue and in night time also . I have taken Rab -D and digene gel for 15 days twice . When I eat in evening time then I feel that my stomach is full when I eat in night time it is ok . I have severe burning sensation along the right side of sternum and also along the right side of my spine. This has been happening for last 2.5 years( post covid). Physiotherapy did not help. Orthopedic surgeons could not find a solution So I consulted a pulmonologist a few days ago and got HRCT thorax done which found a variant of sternalis muscle on right side. No painkillers work. Have consulted spine specialist too but nothing has worked out. It is leading to disability now. Is there any need of surgery in this case ? Should a breast or orthopedic surgeon be consulted ?

I have fever since Monday. I am using antibiotics for fevers and paracetamol. After using medicine my temperatures is nearly 98 otherwise 99. How much time is taken or otherwise meet with doctor. In how many days does normal fever get cured?

Hello, I ve had a c section nearly 2 months back. Till today i have to take some or the other laxative either cremaffin syrup or tab dulcoflex to pass stool.if not taken evn a single day i dnt get pressure to pass stool,no bowel movemnts nothing.. wht cn i do? Which specialist do i need to see?

Spinning sensation while getting up from bed and while changing positions while lying . This happened to me 6 months earlier also and i was given vertin 8 mg thrice , can i take that again.
