Hello doctors, Is yoga (all three combined: asanas, pranayama, meditation) 30-45 mins everyday enough for total well-being of your health? Or do you actually need some sort of physical exercise?

My doctor suggested me to take ct plain lumber region to check out for lymph nodes..is it ok or i should go on with ultrasound for lumbar region ...

Hi. From past 4 days I am feeling very light kind of tremors on fingers and on lips. No thyroid history. Got it tested recently. Before this, had etoshine 90 and gabapin nt 100 for 5 days as prescribed by doctor. Had pain in fingers. Anti ccp negative and RA factor in control. Had high BP reading..taking olmighty am 20 from past 5 days. It's under control now. Taking regular vitamin d and b12 medicine.

Is this blood infection and typhoid fever.. do we need to admit to get complete cure.. plz check the report and reply

After complete 2 dose of Covid vaccine ( COVI SHIELD )  I feel Some health issue from 2022 . 1. Chest pain ( Do ECHO DROPLLER , ECG , CHEST X -RAY ) all reports are normal 2. Gas - acidity  , nausea , indigestion ( DO FULL Abdomen USG ) report is normal 3. Nerve issue ( pain in hands ,  legs and sometimes legs had no sence ) 4. Depression  ,anxiety Is there any medicine to reduce both the effects & side effects of CoviShield ?

I did a cbc blood test today all the results are good but my rdw is showing 14.2% is that very high or normal? I have viral fever from 3 days I'm a male and age is 25

I have shared my father's Report. He is on diabetes. Now he has no problem. But report says abnormal. What is report says actually? Urea : 33 Creatinine: 0.96 mg/dl.

My TSH is 6.39, Do i have thyroid ? Or shall i repeat the test once again.?
