Helo doctors I have been diagnosed with calcium deficiency which is 17 now ,so doctor has given 60000iu vitamin d nano and asked me to take it regularly for 7 days . But 4 days I took it regularly but now I feel dizzy Should I stop taking it now

I developed a sore throat, cold and a temperature of ranging from 100-103 orally. I have taken cetirizine for 2 days and taking paracetamol every 6 hours since 2 days. (Fever reduces after taking medicine, around 100 and increases to 102 ish when it's time to take medicine) I am also exclusively breastfeeding my 2.5 months old. Can I take any other medication to help with this and not aggravate my symptoms? Please advise.
