My ESR rate is 31 and vitamin D(OH 25) is 15 and Haemoglobin count is 9.9 please suggest me next step this is my routine health check up results

Recently I got my full body check up ( report attached). All parameters were normal except for ESR 113 and cholesterol. What could be the reason for such a high ESR. Is there anything serious. I checked with my local doctor he said nothing to worry. Get it checked after 6 months. What I have to do ? Please guide.

Sir I am allergic to sulfa drug.Doctor prescribed me a tablet containing Aceclofenac + paracetamol .Is it safe to take.Please tell me .

Dear doctors, I have a sinus infection with phlem since 2 years ,some times less and some times more.From yesterday onwards it is more with phlem with small amount of blood. Last week i sleep in ac and i drink cold sprite bottele(1litre),this will effects on sinus??? Today morning i observed a blood clot in phlem. It is common for blood clot in sinus ?? Regards Tagore

I was having fever, joint pain, little body rash and swelling in joints and my doctor prescribed some tests and medicine and now I am feeling much better but my BP is low since last week and last night my BP was 84/50 and my doctor stopped all my BP medicines that I was taking i.e. Cetanil 10mg, Telmd 40mg and Clavelip 10mg. I want to know why my BP has dropped. I have attached my haemogram report. My urine routine is normal. My sgpt is 82. My sugar fasting is 102. My malaria, jaundice and widal report all are negative. I am concerned about my low BP and when I asked my doctor he didn't give any answer. Should I go to some big city for consultation. Attached the current prescription as well. Your advice and expertise will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
