My age 24 without medication bp reading in morning is 115/85 and in evening 116/90 any thing to worry what should be diet?

Testosterone (total) 8.17 ng/ml CLIA is it notmal for 33 year old male .

I've been prescribed Clonotril 0.5mg once at night for a month for anxiety. I've sprained my neck yesterday and it's very stiff and painful. Can I take movexx Mr for the pain with Clonotril ?

I went to do USG today at a nearby radiology lab .and i was asked to take off my shoes and i walked barefoot and underwent the procedure ..and after coming back I have this fear of contracting hiv since I have walked barefoot. Though there was no blood on the floor and not a scratch on my sole ..am i at risk ? Should I get tested? Is my fear valid or is it irrational? Please help ..this fear is just killing me and I am unable to carry out my daily life

I take pantop 40 empty stomach everyday. Amlosafe for htn. Apart from this i am on complete best rest for sometime ortho condition since 4 weeks. My mother has had a high fever of 104 for fifteen days. She also got a big rash on her back two days back. The rash had blisters leaking fluid. Those blisters are dry today. Along with that she's had a cough for seven days now and joint pain. We have tested for dengue, typhus, typhoid, UTI and all of that came negative. She's on anti allergic medication now. Please suggest what other tests we can take. I have attached a photo of the rash.

Hi, my father eat oily chicken gravy in evening and from mid night, he is coughing. Mostly dry with little wet cough. Usually he is used to eating oily food and chicken. He doesn't go out and is at home all the time. Please suggest remedy for this. Thanks in advance.

Namaskar, I'm a male 76 years old with history of diabetes mellitus of approximately 30 years more or less. And I take 1 tab of Glyciphage SR 1 gm daily. My question is related to my recent blood work The reported levels, briefly , are as follows: *Glucose - Fasting (Hexokinase) level is 144 *Glycosylated Hemoglobin (HbA1c) 6.3% *TSH.-Ultra Sensitive (CLIA) is 8.214 (0.55 to 4.78 green range. *Normal levels of both T3 and T4. *All CBC tests are normal. *Vitamin D (25-OH) CLIA 21.76 ng/ml (very low) It's a comprehensive full body test and all others are satisfactory Generally my blood sugar levels are quite normal. I take great pains to keep them under control. My regular physician dismissed it as Subclinical hypothyroidism because of age and asked me not to worry. But I'd appreciate a second opinion before another consultation. Thank you and God bless you all.
