My husband 36 years old, height 5.6, weight is 72 kg. One month he has started eating more vegetables. Balanced diet morning bottle gourd juice oats tea, afternoon rice vegetable curry, salad, buttermilk with garlic, night same food. He has desk job from morning till night with lunch break But he started morning brisk walk 30 minutes daily. And Surya namaskar in morning. So my question is hes not eating fried, sweet, outside food. Plus he started exercising. Why cholesterol and ldl reduced by 30 points. But triglycerides increased by 40 points???
