Flu

Hi, I have cold since 3 days. Today I took 2 relent tablets one in morning 11;o clock another at 12 in midnight. Is this dose ok or not? As I have taken this dose is it ok one time?

Feels right shoulder and chest pain with chest heaviness and it's stays for 7-10 Days in every 2-3 months. As per doctor advice- did ECG,echo, holter and few blood test, cervical ap lat all reports normal. Had vit D deficient (11.4) so took it weekly once for 4 month then monthly once for 4 months. NOT taking currently. (I am doing sitting computer work and have lac of activities since COVID) Question: 1.Is it something related to lung? 2. What can be the possible reasons? 3. what kind of doctor (specialist) I should go   to identify the real cause? Thanks in advance for your valuable suggestions.

Hello, In my blood reports there is "Predominantly normocytic normochromic with ovalocytes" Does it signify any condition? And is 0.37 ng/ml PSA normal for adults of age  26? Thanks

Dear Doctor, I am 73 lady at home. Got exposed to fever on saturday morning. Fever and Severe Cough since last 24 hours For cough taken Honitus Ayurvedic liquid med. Little relief but cough continues time to time. Should i start Dolo650 and any antibiotics ? Please advice treatment / medicine. Thank you

My father, who is 77 years old, is experiencing a urinary blockage issue. Approximately two years ago, he had encountered a similar problem when his prostate gland was enlarged to 41 grams. Consequently, he was prescribed allopathic treatment, which he has been following since then. However, about 10 days ago, his urinary blockage problem resurfaced.
