Few days ago I have been undergone HSG test during a pain killer injection was given on left buttock but a lump has been on on injection site. Please suggest treatment.

I took citrizine in the morning but I think I am having allergic reaction to food right now can I take it again as I am experiencing the symptoms

My colleague had viral fever a week back and I too got infected by it 4 days back. Went to the doctor and when he checked it was 39.7 degree C. So he prescribed some medicine and advised to come back if I still had the symptoms after 2 days i.e., yesterday. But yesterday I was feeling lively and energetic and the fever was gone so I just took diclofenac medicine and stopped the paracetamol. So I put on the AC and went to sleep. But suddenly I woke up in the middle of the night with some temperature same as it was when I had the viral fever a few days back. This isn't that severe as body pain is less but I can feel the temperature inside. I immediately took one paracetamol now. What might be the reason for this? Should I consult the doctor again or continue with the same medication? The medicine which were prescribed were paracetamol, diclofenac and levofoxacon.

Doctor wrote metronidazole gel for mouth ulcers . So is this gel only apply on ulcers ? or it is use in whole mouth ?

Few days ago, the neighbours dog lept on me and scratched my arm. Since it was so sudden I cannot remember if the dog licked me or not. I had a exposed wound on the arm. I am not sure if I was scratched on it due to the trauma. Its been 6 days since the incident. Should I get any injection? Is it too late? I don't feel any symptoms.

My wife has following symptoms: restlessness and tiredness in the morning since five months and hair fall. First three months she was treated with functional cyst ( found by USG)and  from last two months she is taking vit.d3(As she had insufficient d3). Still she has above symptoms. Please advise us

My son 18yr old, got recovered from Dengue 15days back. Can he be given a Flu shot, if yes by when and which one is preferred? Thanks.
