I have taken 2 shots of Abhayrab, now I am being supplied Abhayrab PF. Are those same? Will there any side effects of taking Abhayrab PF?

Two or three days ago it just started throat pain and I feel like my full body is down. My body temperature is not well due to not taking proper rest and working the whole night at the office makes my body more down. Please suggest something so I can make my health better.

My gyno first ordered a plain MRI of pelvis but based on my previous TVS scan reports the radiologist is suggesting contrast MRI. But I'm scared to have the contrast dye injected into me. Is there any serious side effects of using this dye? Attached my TVS scan report. Please see it and suggest if MRI with contrast is really necessary or plain one is enough?
