Tingling and weakness
My grandmother is complaining or There is tingling sensation in one side of her hand and leg and complaining of giddiness we checked sugar its normal but bp is little high 170/90
I have given her electral water but she is complaining of vomiting sensation please tell me what to do? Any home remedy to relief her symptoms m, i will take her to hospital tomorrow morning if its not an emergency

As you have mentioned its your grandmother, she must be 55+ years old
And these symptoms are very alarming and definitely needs detail history for proper evaluation, diagnosis, treatment and management
Reading the symptoms i can only think of either it could be transient ischemic attack or IC BLEED OR Acute ischemic stroke which can be only ruled out after CT imaging
Even if it is not stroke she still requires monitoring
Please do not ignore the symptoms directly take her to emergency department of multi speciality hospital where you can get her proper treatment done!
Do not self medicate or try
Do not wait till tomorrow for OP consultation as it could be an emergency here!
