I'm having symptoms like dizziness, racing heart,mild chest pain,sometimes difficulty in breathing
In July also echo had shown the same thing I.e, Pericardial Effusion.
Are Tachycardia and Pericardial Effusion related?Is it something serious?
Please tell me how to reduce my problems and what to do for the issue mentioned in report...

Tachycardia and pleural effusion may be related. But as per your 2D ECHO it was a trivial pleural effusion. Hence we have to look for a cause for tachycardia.
