Please let me know if there is heart attack can Ecg findings tell me how much blockage and what blockage has cause these heart attack whether stenting is necessary or not?

ECG changes show heart attack or ischemia of specific areas of heart,but not the extent of the blockage.That could be determined by a CT coronary angiography or conventional coronary angiography where stent could be placed if required .
