ECG changes show heart attack or ischemia of specific areas of heart, but not the extent of the blockage. That could be determined by a CT coronary angiography or conventional coronary angiography where stent could be placed if required .

Patient's detailed medical history is required. It is recommended to consult a doctor professional through the Practo app or visit a local medical facility for a thorough evaluation. Please keep in mind that detailed medical history is crucial for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Hi i have noted your concern, No, ECG findings will only may tell you about possible area of infarction but it will not show the extent of blockage or which vessel is block.
Next Steps
To see the blockages, you can only see it through CT CORONARY ANGIOGRAPHY (minimally invasive) OR CORONARY ANGIOGRAPHY (more invasive)
