Genteal Gel substitutes
Hello, most respected opthalmologists here 🙏🏻
I have previously relied on Genteal gel for extreme dryness in eyes. However the same has not been available for several months now. One of its substitute, Eyemist gel, is almost as an ointment form unlike genteal gel and little inconvenient to apply. Can any of the respected opthalmologists here please, kindly suggest me an equivalent substitute for genteal gel? Warm Regards 🙏🏻

Twitching on left eye upper lid has been happening since January when I got diagnosed with knee arthritis. I don't know if this is due to stress, but it's been a constant occurrence since then.

Small bump on eye like Granuloma
Here’s the short, corrected version:
---
I had pterygium surgery 1 month ago. After 1 week, a small bump appeared where the pterygium was removed.
It shrinks little when I use steroid ointment, but comes back after in its original shape.
My doctor suggested using steroid eye drops for another month. Should I wait, or will I need surgery again?
If surgery is needed, will it require autografting like the first pterygium surgery?

Query regarding contact eyes
I’m considering switching to powered contact lenses are they safe for long-term use? Also, is Lenskart a reliable option, or should I look into other brands?

Blurry vision
I don't know whenever I keep my head down to take an afternoon nap during lunch hour . I sleep over my bench. I get blurry visions the moment I wake up. I can't see anything clearly. What is it exactly? Also it takes 5-10 minutes to restore my vision completely after I wake up. Is there anything that I should be worried about?
