Iam suffering with conjunctivitis,my eyes became redness , itching,watery ,present using moxifloxin and refresh eye drops but not seeing results.can you help me this issue

If it repeats in summer for few years,then it is allergic conjunctivitis. If eyelashes fall during itching lid margin by fingers,,,,then it is squamous blepharitis.. Look is of lid margin's fungal n overlapping bacterial infection .

Hello viral conjunctivitis may take some more time to resolve If inflammation or swelling is severe or if there is vision issue due to involvement of cornea then soft steroid might be needed Consult local ophthalmologist for detailed evaluation

Hi, usually these kind of viral conjunctivitis takes some time to resolve. There is no specific treatment for viral infections,we basically treat the symptoms. But also looking at your picture, I think you might need a mild steroid also. Kindly consult an ophthalmologist at once for further treatment.
