Itching in my eyes
Hiiii... I'm 38 years old...Please suggest some eye drops. I've been experiencing mild itching in my eyes for the past 2–3 months. Whenever it gets little more, I splash cold water on my eyes, and it provides relief. I spend a lot of time working on the computer, but my eyesight is perfectly fine.

Hello mam, given your history it looks like you could be having eye allergy or dry eye due to excessive screen time. If the itching is mild and there are no other complaints like redness or foreign body sensation in the eye then it comes down to Digital Eye Strain/ Dry eye syndrome. You could start with lubricating eye drops, ( Flogel eye drop-1 drop 6 times a day)
Next Steps
If symptoms persist feel free to book an appointment with Us.
Health Tips
If possible try to reduce screen time. If screen time is unavoidable, take break   from screen for every 20 min. look 20ft away for 20sec. Blink frequently
