Burning eyes
Eyes tend to burn a lot. No redness, tears or any other symptoms. Just burning eyes. Feeling of energy drain and sleepy eyes at times after meals even if not eating more.
Trying to sleep and closing eyes still feels burning eyes. Blood sugar not yet checked. Can it be hormonal or related to blood sugar or any other reason? Screen exposure is less.

Slightly pink eye in the morning
Hi, I am an undergraduate student, and currently do not live with my parents due to their job transfers. 3 days back, I had a feeling that my eye felt a bit puffy and woke up to a really minimal amount of yellow pus. Although it does not hurt throughout the day, it still feels a bit weird. Today morning, my left eye was slightly pink with the yellow pus accumulated which I cleaned from a warm cloth. However, these symptoms are only noticeable early morning, otherwise my eye just feels a bit heavy. I'm really terrified as my other eye has now started to feel a bit weird as well. I do have eyedrops prescribed for dry eyes which I have been using every night before bed, but I am really scared. Someone kindly help!

Light Sensitivity & Eye Strain Issue
Hello Doctor,
I am experiencing significant light sensitivity, especially at night and in bright daylight. At night, exposure to headlights, streetlights, or strong artificial lights causes discomfort in my eyes along with headache on both sides of my head. I feel better indoors under normal lighting.
During the day, I can tolerate mild morning sunlight, but harsh afternoon sunlight causes discomfort, and I need to close curtains.
I have high screen time (10–12 hours daily) due to work. I am using lubricating eye drops (Eyemist Forte) twice a day, but symptoms persist. I also get negative afterimages which lasts for a minute or more sometimes after exposure to bright light. My previous eye check-up was normal except for amblyopia in my left eye.
I would like to know the possible cause (dry eyes, eye strain, or photophobia) and suggested treatment.
Thank you!

Floater, Sparkle, Afterimages
I have a lazy left eye and have power in both eyes. 8 have floaters too in both eyes. There are many web like, tail like, bubble and dot like. For 20 days I have been seeing afterimages of objects like grills, clock, text and images on phone, laptop and tv. Sometimes in Sky I see sparkle glitters like jugnus too many. Sometimes persistent afterimages for the bulb for 3-4 mins if I close my eyes it becomes multiple. Today I noticed a little bit of a light sensitivity also. I got a dilated retina exam at Shroff eye centre 3 days ago and my retina is fine.
The doctor is saying the afterimage phenomenon is normal. This did not exist 20 days ago How is it normal? I worked in IT, I am using refreshed tears eye drops. Also, I start to feel tiredness, little pain and burning sensation in my eyes very soon while working on my phone and laptop. Can anyone tell me what to do? Lazy eye, floater now afterimages/ghost images, sparkle, light sensitivity. Shall I consult neuro or other opthomologist?
