After one week of cataract can we eat dal for 70year patients . What to avoid foods after cataract surgery.

It is for my Elder Brother 54 years old. For the past few months he has swelling below both the eyes when he gets up after sleep. More specifically once he gets up in the morning. He recently has a health check up. Most parameters were normal. Has BP in the range of 140/80 and 150/80. CBC normal. Hemoglobin 14.5. Blood Glucose 91. Lipid profile normal. LDL 126. SGPT 46.30 and Uric Acid 7.5. What can be the reason? Diagnosis important. Last year November 2025 has a cataract operation in right eye. Not using any specs. Please Guide.

I have high myopia of -5D in both eyes and from the past few days I feel discomfort at backside of both eyeballs especially the right one when I turn my head in one particular direction. Their is a constant pain in both eyes and it feels like travelling to shoulders plus vision is blurry at night.

There is eye irritation since 1 month and using 2 drops, all and loc tears, these are helping. But irritation remains and it is completely helping. Then we consulted an ophthalmologist and he advised SOHA, AND EYEMIST GEL, BUT THAT increased irritation. So got back to AFL and loc tears drops. My screen time is limited for phone and no time on laptop. Only TV time is approx 2 to 3 hrs a day Can you suggest if any better eye drops to stop the irritation. Thanks

Hi doctor, My 4 years toddler girl complained of eye pain 2 to 3 times from last 1 week . We have checked yesterday from our end and found small bump inside eye. Not sure if it is a bump exactly or not. Eyes are watery also from few days. She is suffering from cold and cough Can you please confirm if there is any problem with eye.
