Good evening I have pain in my eyes . My eyes become dry . Black particul come out from eyes. I change 3 doctor in last  2-3 month . I go to doctor but he ignore my problem and give systane ultra eye drop . Right now Dry Black particul come out from eyes and pain in eyes . yesterday I had purchased this systane ultra eye drop and start using it only 2 time I have use it . I am not feeling any much relief. I am facing this issue from many months Tell me what I do  any home remedies you can suggest . I should keep using this eye drop or not  I should do warm compress or cold compress. I use high power glasses my power is -6-7 My phone screen time is 16 hour

I have done icl 6weeks surgery. Can i start doing exercises with light weights? Or can i do body weight exercises?

Hi, I have dry eye n I am using aquim gel at night n morning as prescribed by doctor Also i am using nextane drops. Above is helping me. The problem is when I work in system, nextane drops gets dried up quickly , then again i face irritation. Wat I tried was initially apply coconut oil on the eyelid it was helping n it also start irritating. I also tried castor oil too. Can you please let me know any eye ointment which I can apply frequently on eye lids n eye lashes when working in system at office, so that it will keep eye moisturized.

Is it necessary to use moxigram/tobramycin eye drops within 1 month of opening even if we store it properly in a fridge for a longer duration of time.

I had -1.25 in both eyes for past 12 years. In recent eye checkup (which I had after 3 yrs) shows my power as -0.75 and -1 in spherical and -0.50 in cylindrical in both the eyes. Why did my eye power increase? Isnt it supposed to stabilize after a certain age. I do not work in computer too.
