I have to use lot of smart phones. So, please tell name of some spectacles so that less bad effect fall on my eyes.

I used to watch mobile using glasses.I have eye power around -1.50 .But during April, after long screen time I got eye pain and headache.Even after consulting five opthalmologists I can't get rid of pain.They are giving lubricant eye drops.I have also changed my glasses according to my eye power.still can't get rid of eye pain and headache even after 10 minutes of screen time.sometimes the pain is acute.plz suggest how it will be cured ?

Hi, I am 27 F . I have been wearing spectacles since I was 19. I’m myopic. My current prescription of power is: L eye:   Sph -1.75  ;    Cyl  -0.75   ; Axis 140 ; R eye:   Sph -2.00 ;    Cyl  -0.50   ;  Axis 20 ;   I am considering specs removal surgery . I have taken the eligibility tests and I am eligible for the surgery. SILK procedure has been recommended. In the meantime I’ve also been told about orthokeratology, or Ortho-k lenses instead of surgery as the effects of surgery might wear off in time or cause other complications but I’m also given to understand it is a temporary way to manage spectacles usage. I am generally not a fan of touching my eye or wearing lenses regularly. My question is which is the safer option for the long run? What are the chances or power returning in later years? It would be great to get some insights as I'm unable to make a decision. Thank you in advance

Hello Doctor, I am considering ICL surgery to correct my vision. During a recent eye exam, the doctor noticed tiny cataract dots in both eyes and showed them on a slit-lamp monitor. I would like your advice on: Whether ICL is safe for me now given these small cataract dots.Recommendations for monitoring these cataract dots.
