Left eye struck by sugarcane
On 16 February, she sustained blunt trauma to the left eye when a sweet candy accidentally struck the eye. She developed symptoms including – redness, swelling, watering/tearing, eye pain, blurred vision in the left eye. She consulted an ophthalmologist the next day. Treatment is underway. Today is 11 March, and the vision in her left eye is still blurry. Is the current treatment sufficient, or should we consider any other kind of treatment? For more refer to the attachment.

As per the reports there is hemorrhage in the jelly like part of eye...it takes time to resolve and even after complete resolution sometimes patient may experience few black dots in eye. Continue same treatment and if there is worsening in vision or increase in pain or redness then consult nearby ophthalmologist.

According to the reports attached there is Left eye vitreous haemorrhage, that means there is a blood in the gel part of the eye , it takes 2 to 3 months for complete reabsorption. If it is still persisting then sx treatment would be an option . Tab limcee 500mg twice a day along with prescribed eye drops .
