Is it a layer or discharge,
If its like a loose skin that might be due to rubbing and continue with above drops but no need of kt , olopatis enought with lubrex
But if its a discharge take Tobramycin eye drops 6 times a day along with lubrex .
Next Steps
avoid rubbing as much as possible
cold compressions

First we need to rule out whether the condition is allergic or infective.
If allergic, then olopatadine might be helpful
If infective, tobramycin eyedrops or eye ointment would be needed
