Red eyes with burning sensation suggests the possibility of dry eye or computer vision syndrome. Simple home remedies like washing the eyes gently with cold water, getting adequate rest/sleep, minimizing the use of screen based gadgets, using lubricant eye drops, etc should help. Try these methods and let us know the response.
