Really bad dryness and irritation in eye
Hello doctors, I've had persisting issues of my right eye being really dry, it feels like sand paper, my left eye does not bother me at all, it rarely acts up. I subconsciously squint my eyes and when I realize, I relax my muscles, when Im outside, even little wind makes my eye irritated, and the irritation just doesn't stop. I have glasses and I also use refresh tears eyedrops, but that doesn't help at all either. Please advise as recently the pain and irritation has increased

You may have meibomian gland inflammation along with dryness so do visit your ophthalmologist. Along with refresh tears use 1% sodium hyaluronate ointment or 1% refresh gel at night. Limit screen time. Take breaks and wear sunglasses while going out.
