I have done icl eye surgery 82days back. And doctor prescribed Nextane PF eye drops for three months. Can i switch to anyother eye drops or do i need to buy nextane again? Please suggest anyother pf eye drops. Is it ok to use preservative eye drops or should i only use pf eye drops?

You can use any other preservative free lubricating drops. Be concious about screen time and take short breaks in between. Follow 20-20-20 rule. On days when you have excess stress use drops 5-6 times a day. If you cannot put drops repeatedly you can use sodium hyaluronate 1% ointment once daily at night

You can use regular (non-PF) lubricating drops occasionally. After 3 months But if using drops >4 times/day, it is better to stay with PF drops to avoid irritation from preservatives like Benzalkonium chloride.
