Screen on time for more than 10 hrs per day due the nature of the work, is it good to use systane ultra eye drop to avoid digital strain and eye dryness as long as without prescription??? Pl advice

In this age if cataract surgery needed monofocal edof pure is better than any other Is any another method need!?

Hello there I am looking for good preservative free eye drops that can be used  while wearing the contact lenses. By the way, what do you think of zeemoist... It doesn't mention anywhere that it is safe for contact lenses but it  only has hyaluronic acid and purite as ingredients.

My daughter has power of -1.5 in both eyes which was diagnosed yesterday. She is just 6 yrs. The reason is watching video in mobile very closely. I work in IT. Last to last week I had immense work so I worked till 4 am. One of my eye has turned half red, I thought it's because of computer eye strain. I used eye drops to soothed my eye.. tobra (it didn't worked) then Opthacare from Himalaya but that also doesn't seem to work. Now I am experiencing a little pain also in the eye. Can someone help?
