Actually from 1 day I am having redness of left eye and watery only left eye I am using a normal tear drop cellu tear advance as prescribed by my Dr what it is I am having uncomfortable of this redness watery and irritation in left eye I am attaching the picture I actually do laptop work and I also have specs

I was diagnosed with allergic conjunctivitis by an ophthal 6 months back. I have taken steroid eye drops, and currently on winloap max eye drops sos and tacrolimus ointment 0.03% once at night daily. There has been no relief. I am afraid it's turning severe. I would like to know if these white areas are just infiltrate deposits or something severe? It's on medial canthus of both eyes and a little on inner corner of upper and lower palpebra of both eyes.

Okay so like 15 days back I had loose motion which is okey for 4 days but I was weak weight was lost stuff then on 5th day i got fever cuz of mosquito maybe cuz recently a lot mosquito bited me which is okey fever went in 4 days but 3 days i had weakness left side head paining teeths paining left side which was all okey but my eyes are different now far stuff looks blurry to me and its like Foggy vintage movie going on i can't feel much with this type of eye can't even enjoy the view i had took kuffdry tablets when i had fever and it made my eyes yellow like everything which i was looking was yellow for 2 days but only after eating tablet for few hours which is like okey but rn my eyes are same im kinda fine now but eyes dryups too and even i lost 6kg in last 15 days im weak right now
