Care AI Shimmer
Hi there! Happy to help. Based on your symptoms this could be a simple case of blepharitis or Meibomitis. I would advise that you start warm compress with a clean cloth over your eyes (soaked in Luke warm water) for 10 minutes every 3 hours for the next two weeks. Use a lubricating drop ( Such as Refresh tears) on a two hourly basis for the next week and if symptoms remain consider starting a topical antibiotic ointment twice a day. Avoid rubbing eyes and wash hands frequently. Avoid screen usage one hour before bedtime. Also change your pillow and pillow case, and bed linen.
Next Steps
Lid hygiene + warm compress + tear substitutes
