I’m considering switching to powered contact lenses are they safe for long-term use? Also, is Lenskart a reliable option, or should I look into other brands?

They are safe as long as you follow the precautions related to hygiene and wear time , there are several good brands , Bausch and Lomb , cooper vision , Alcon being few of them
