Which power contact lens
I am having power of -2.5 for glasses.what power contact lens should I use? I am using glasses since last 15yrs from -0.5to presently -2.5 since last 3 yrs. I m using lens since last 5yrs from -2.75 to -2.5presently. Please guide

You better consult a cornea specialist because before using any contact lenses proper eye check up is necessary to prove that whether your eyes are compatable for it or not. And also just power of lenses is not sufficient you need to order proper base curve for your cornea to fit

Upto - 3 D, power of glass & contact lens is same ,myopic power increases upto 19 yrs in female, so l think your number is stable ,you should use same power of contact lens,you are using for your glass
