Cylindrical power at age 28
I had -1.25 in both eyes for past 12 years.
In recent eye checkup (which I had after 3 yrs) shows my power as -0.75 and -1 in spherical and -0.50 in cylindrical in both the eyes.
Why did my eye power increase? Isnt it supposed to stabilize after a certain age. I do not work in computer too.
