Hi
Pain under eye brow is usually caused because of not wearing appropriate power in specs. As you said your cylinder power is increased you should change your specs accordingly.Cylinder power usually changes depending on cornea curvature. If you have dry eyes and frequent itching and constant rubbing of eye may change cylinder power. So you need to change specs and use lubricant drops for dry eyes and anti histamine drops for itching.
Next Steps
Consult an ophthalmologist and change your specs accordingly
Health Tips
Reduce screen time, avoid rubbing of eyes and you can apply ice fomentation over the eye lids after closing them for quick relief
