When checked the fast and post lunch sugar levels are higher than normal I am a cardiac patient with 73years and below are my readings for past 3 days 24th - 132(F) and 131(PL) 25th - 131(F) and 225(PL) 26th -127(F )and 157(PL) I recently had hb1ac in laboratory and got result as 7.5 At present I am not using any diabetic medicine Do I need to take care any precautions

Hello doctor, I hope you are doing well. Doctor advised my father to take Diamicron XR 30 but same variant is not available anywhere online. due to coronavirus we are not able to visit doctor again. could you please confirm if it's okay to take Diamicron MR 30 instead of Diamicron XR 30. PLEASE ALSO LET ME difference between XR and MR and it's impact.

Iam very obsessed to check blood sugars frequently, i don't have diabetes but frequently that is weekly thrice or twice check blood sugars. They are all in normal. Iam also done hba1c test it shows 5.5. RBS 110. Pls advice it is require or not how often check blood sugar in normla people.  any  necessary to check blood sugars in my case. Pls suggest. Regards.

Hello Sir/Madam, 3 months back, I did annual health check-up wherein TSH value came as 5.7 being FT3 and FT4 normal. My doctor said will repeat the test after 3 months. I did it after 3 months it came 2.6. Should I need further tests or is it normal.? Kindly advise.

Hi doctors, I am a weight loss struggle person, I was able to loose 32kgs in 3 yrs time but recently in past 2 months even with quantified nutrition my weight keeps on increasing when checked for thyroid T3 , T4 is normal but TSH is 7. Need to know should I be worried caz of it and if there is anything required. I don't want to take any medicine unnecessary if it can be fixed by changing diet n exercises

I am not able to get glycinorm total 60 and vidmet sr 500 tablet for my mother. Is it ok to substitute glycinorm total 60 with glizid total p 15 and vidmet sr 500 with gluformin 500???

Hello sir I have done a test of HB1ac (HPLC ) mtheod and it is 5 before one yr it was 4.8 and and 5.4 but I have also done random blood sugar with taking only black coffee with out sugar and 111 in morning and and next day without any thing is 98 and next to next day I mean after 3 days is 107
