Desirable/Normal level of sugar for a diabetic patient before and after lunch? My mother is having 305 after having medicine & food. Is this serious??

Hi Doctor, My mother is visiting a general physician amid current circumstances and is been diagnosed with hyperthyroid. The doctor had us performed USG, X Ray and two FNACs of hers in past 10-15 days and is still clueless about what the report suggests. Though has put her on a medicine named Neo-Mercazole 20 ( to be taken twice a day) We might need to take some sudden steps, if you suggest from reports attached and advise us accordingly. I am on my tb medication... perviously at the start of my treatment my TSH was 0.09 on 28 th March and on 20 th May it has come to TSH 12.54...why so? Do I start medicine and is USG thyroid needed to be done?

Currently her readings are as follows Fasting 110 Post lunch 2hrs later 120 Today afternoon she is fully sweating so took sugar test the reading is 98. She alse ate good sugar content fruits. I recently have undergone Technetium 99 scan and I was worried if the radioactive element does anything bad to my body. I am feeling a bit lethargic after the scan, is this normal?
