I have done my sugar check today fasting and after meal. Fasting is 189 and after meal is 230 . Need advise on medication. Right now I m not taking any medicine. Please suggest

1) can I recover from thyroid issue completely ? If yes how? 2) I want to take ACV in the morning, but confuse , like should I take tyroxine first and then ACV or vice versa? 3)is thyroid and autoimmune thyroid is different? Attaching 2 reports for reference from last 4 months Kindly guide,

Myself : 29yrs, Female, 97 Kfs weight, 168 cms height I used to have high fasting sugar (127-139) so I started eating Glycomet SR 500 1 tablet after dinner. Initially the tablet helped me for sometime ( fasting came 110). But after few days it does not help me now. Even with medicine my fasting is 138 consistently. My PP ranges depending on what food I eat ( 159 - 193 depending on my meal). How to reduce fasting sugar if medicine not working? At my age can I leave medicine and try weight loss only to reverse my condition?

So in the last 3 to 4 months I have developed this problem where in whenever I am under fan I feel a bit cold and have a burning sensation on my feet and open parts of the body and I develop fever. The whole summer I spent without fan. And also whenever my left hand palm gets in touch with water I develop fever, this condition is for a long time may be 2 yrs n more. I initially thought I'm sensitive so it's happening. But off late all of these, is hampering my day to day activities. I got my blood test and thyroid test done. Thyroid came as 5.87 and blood test was normal only a lil dip in RBC, not much. When I consulted the doctor she told I have low immunity, deficiency of iron, vitamins. Also to let you know I have gluten intolerance and partial sugar and lactose intolerance. Plz advice.

Hi i am 29 year old female ( overweight : 97 Kgs weight for 168 cms height) and my fasting sugar had consistently been high without medicine (ranging between 125-140) I started having Glycomet SR 500 - 1 tablet daily after dinner. Initially it helped lower sugar (fasting came 110) but after few weeks I see no reduction now (fasting is still 138) I am careful of my diet and exercise and slowly reducing weight too but no improvement in last few weeks in Fasting sugar after this medicine PP sugar comes around 159 What to do ?

Dear sir/madam My father age 62yrs,retired employee, weight 75kg height 5.5. Having diabetes from 10yrs taking medicines and insulin.(Tab glyczidm and human mixturd 40ui) He went for testing last week and sugar level quite high(375mg/dl before food 406mg/dl after food) No doctors to consult near by Could you pls advice good medicine.

Earlier my TSH was 9.1 and after having thyrox - 50 for 6 month, my TSH is increased to 11.4. My general physician adviced me not take medicine after but stiil I am taking. Doctor can you please advice how TSH will control.

Hi, My dad is on meds for sugar, and high BP, but it's been long since any new check up. In Dec'19 he was operated for stone in ureter, And recently got over with medication for ear infection. Would appreciate if we can get a review of all the issues /test if required,and follow a healthy lifestyle.

I was tested with sugar levels of 273(fasting) and 347(post food). I am taking Diametron in the morning and Glycomet in the evening.I am checking the sugar levels now regularly at home and is around 95(fasting) and 135(post food)...Should I change or stop the medicine now.
