Hello Doctors
My husband k/c of DM n Fissure in ano under medication his Fasting Blood sugar level is 230 - 250. He is taking Endoformin pg 2 - BD and Tenuvia 30 OD.. Diet is under control but sugar level are not coming down..
He is also having pain in right lumber region of abdomen and burning n pricking pain in anus..
I want to know what should we do n any change in medication needed.

He is already on full doses of tablets. if sugar levels are so high despite taking these tablets it's the right time to start insulin.
