Hi I m diabetic from last 3 years and taking glycomet S R 1000 mg two tablets morning and night, since last 1 year I lost 3 kg weight and looking so weak. And all my friends and relatives r saying I became very weak. So please let me know how can I gain some weight and look healthier. My hba1c is 5.6 . Please advise.

My mother could not go for cunsultation fir 2 months due to lockdown... she is taking gemer 0.5 daily 1 in morning and 1/2 in evening... today i could not find this tablet in nearby medical stores, they suggested a similar content tablet Glimith-MF 0.5... can she take this till we again get gemer 0.5 in stores ?

Can i take thyroid tablet with warm water. Or taking it with warm water reduces its effect. Bcoz since last two month i m taking it with warm water and i m having lot of periods related issue(can not go for thyroid check in this covid situation). So should i avoid taking with warm water

Hi I am a 29 yr old and overweight female ( around 25Kgs overweight) and since past 1.5 yrs my blood sugar is higher than normal usually around 135. I notice when i do vigorous exercise once a day (like running/gym/swimming) my fasting sugar for those days becomes around 110 without any medicine. Do i already have diabetes or can i control this at my age with exercise + diet?

Does taking vitamin d3(cholecalciferol) 60000 I.U  2 weeks before  vitamin d test effect the  results of test?

My father (aged 62) is a diabetic. I have started observing that he's becoming too thin day by day and he's completely losing his appetite. He also suffers from indigestion problem. I was told Liv 52 syrup can help increase appetite and weight gain. But I'm concerned whether a diabetic patient can use this. Also, request any suggestions to overcome the above stated concerns.
