60yr obese no hypotensive male K/c/o hypothyroidism since 7-8 yrs.he was on thyroxin 50mcg , but due to symptoms (lethargy, weight gain, sleppiness in day time,pedal edema)& increased TSH level. He was switched to  75 mcg since 2 month. Now he is feeling chest pain radiating to left arm around ulnar boarder. Dryness of mouth & skin, Pigmentation patch over tibial shin , Should he use 75mcg now or shift to 50mcg ??

My mother who's braking pills for diabetes now a days feel very tired and feeling sleepy always couldn't getup after her sleep don't know the reason for that need her a advice or a suggestion to the best doctor to clear the diabetes

This is regarding my Sister. She is suffering from diabetes and psychiatric problem. She is taking medicines which I have mentioned below. Her diabetes level is not reducing although she is taking a controlled diet. Her current diabetes level is 269, 3 weeks before it was 193 and 1.5 months before she has 351. I was arnd 57 kg in 2016 I. E after 1yr of delivery but after that my weight has increased to 69 kg till now abnormally even after less calories intake and regular walking and exercise. My t3, t4 and tsh level are 3.99 pg/ml, 1.03 ng/dl and 4.26 ul u / ml respectively. Please advise me the reason for this abnormal weight gain.. With solution.

Can i take medicine before breakfast as advised by the doctor and then test the sugar level after two hours or do i need to take the test without medicine

I am hungry almost all the time after eating half n hour I will feel hungry I am unable to control my hunger .. increasing weight.. if I drink water I will get urination after sometime.. if it's a diabetic syndrome which test should I do? Or is there any other way to deal with this problem.. ?
