Increased Insulin level shows possibility for insulin resistance, which can be due to obesity. You should check your sugar levels as well. You should work on reducing weight. Avoid fatty meals, regular exercises, junk food.
Next Steps
you should also check your insulin in PP State, your sugars, lipid profile.
