High sugar level even after insulin
Hi my father who is 63 is now on insulin due to high blood sugar level his current dose are FIASP 12 -12-10 unit in a day and lantus 24 in night plus zava od 100 mg once a day.
Yet his sugar level fasting is 350-400 and pp 450-550 he takes balance diet yet it is not anywhere near controlled.
Kindly suggest what we can do to keep it under control

The doses of insulin need to be uptitrared. Some insulin sensitiser tablets might well be added
