My mother is having concurrent hypoglycemia when she is having human mixtard 20-0-15units she is also facing with kidney failure this was told by one of the Dr
Which is far from my place then I consulted nearby hospital Dr said to change insulin to ryzodeg continue with 10-0-10units after continuing this units now her sugar is 480 at night before insulin and dinner and fasting is 280, what should I do to make

Ryzodeg is surely a better insulin. But the doses need to be adjusted according to sugar chart. You need to consult a diabetologist. If you wish u can start an online consultation here.
