QUERY REGARDING VITAMIN D
What's the correct way to consume Vit D powder after 8 weeks of use. My doctor had prescribed me to consume calcirol sachet weekly for continuous 08 weeks and then told me to take it one in 14 days but I have heard that it is to be consumed monthly after course of 08 weeks . What's the correct way ? My Vit D3 was too low.

Usual dose for treatment is 60000 IU once a week for 8 weeks which is usually sufficient for vit D correction to normal...After that usully once a month is sufficient...!!! If any doubt u can check once vit D after 8 weeks but usually unnecessary
