I m taking metformin hydrochloride 500mg and glimerpride 1mg before meal of 3 time is it save and how long should I take I sugar range are in fasting 110 to 130 and post meal 140 to 160 and sometimes 180 . Kindly let me know

Below are test results in 4 consecutive days and before food (12hrs fasting ) Day1 -110, day2 - 105, day3- 102, day4- 102. Iam non diabetic , iam checked RBS So many times, All are normal values. But iam  checked  Sugar tests frequently. How often check Blood sugar in non diabetic peoples. That means once in 1 month, 2 or 3. Pls suggest . Regards.
