My doctor has prescribed to take vitamin D3 60k per day for 1 month.. is it ok to take this much dose? I am a diabetic.

I have been facing high average blood sugar and high variability during the day. I was diagnosed with diabetes (type 2) on may 2019. I was on insulin for a month. Then just the medication ( glucobay m25) till September 2019I have been off any medication for 8 monthes till April 2020. My average fasting sugar is 180-200 range in months june and july. Let me know how to control the blood sugar.

Actually I had sever urination problem from mid of jan to mid of March..was having frequent urination problem.. but all urinal tests were found to be ok..doctor has adviced to go for sugar test..sugar levers are 140 before fasting and 170 after food..and HBA1C was 7.4. As per doctor advised to start with glucomet STR and took for three months and along with amritnoni for one and half months ..and I got tested HBAIC as 5.5 and also I left taking glucomet for fifteen days and was having amrith noni alone..now I got GRBS tested it's coming as 108..is that ok. Or should I continue with glucomet str??

My legs are weak from feet to upper thighs and my feet has little numbness too, Ive thyroid and TSH level 6.5 and taking thyroxine 50mg. What could the reason for my leg weakness ? Is it related to thyroid or any vitamin deficiency?

Form last few weeks I see there is a lot weight gain I look fatty a lot. Got my self tested and here I am attaching my reports. Pls help me. Thank you.

My Blood Sugar Level is always high even after taking medicine(Zoryl M1 Forte) twice a day.It's approx 300  frequently.
