Having severe gas problems, pain, breathing problems, can't walk much, anxiety, stress, indigestion acute acidity

So recently I got diagnosed with gerd. My lifestyle is pretty good. I don't eat anything heavy. But yeah my tea consumption was too much. My doctor asked me if I have any thyroid related issues. I do. I stopped taking medication for hypothyroidism because early in the morning I had to pop a pantoprazole. Now I got it checked. t3 t4 is fine. Tsh is 6.94 . What should be the dose of my medicine?My honorable doctor on practo advised me to go for 25 mcg. What else can I do to cure this disease?

Current random diabetics level are ranging from 160 to 300+ on different days. Please suggest medicine and other methods to control sugar level at age of 72 and my height is 5 ft 4 inches.

The medicines for diabetes given to my father (whose name is Ajit Maiti age 63 years old ) from outside doctors i guess is not working properly... he has sugar fall whenevr he has some gas problem or when he is hungry... he is taking the medicines given but donno why his sugar level is increasing.... earlier it was 6.1 now it 6.5...if any other medication can be prescribed? or anything else can be suggested? he also has heart pain sometimes when he feels gas problem... please recommend if any other medicine required instead the ones given for diabetes!!

Detected with Type 2 Diabetes and with a current rate with empty stomach is 194 and after breakfast is 247. Maintain diet and workout 3 days in a week.

I did my TSH today and the observation is 8.681 I was last prescribed Thyronorm 75 Mg and have been taking that since a year. I have a history of Pcos. Rightnow im unable to see my doctor as she is out of town Any help from you all, need i change the dose ?

I had TSH 7.300 in the month of January 2020. I consulted with doctor and was on medication for 3 months. I used to take Thyrox 25 ,per tablet early in the morning in empty stomach before 1hr of taking breakfast . The medicines got completed in April .Due to lockdown I could not retest again. Now since few days I was having pain in the left side of my body , So I went again for the TSH and TPO-A6 test and could find that the TSH level is 52 which is quite higher it seems and TPO is 87 . Do I need to re-test . Does the level goes so higher . Kindly suggest . Attaching the reports .
