Hi my father was covid patient on 25 th May and discharged on 07 june.while on treatment doctor defected diabetes. We have just tested h1Bc test.its 8.6 and abc is 203. He has burning eyes in night and frequent urination.still having cough and sometime he get chest pressure and leg pain.local doctor advised to gulconorm g 0.5/500 in morning Could you please advise on this

Is it safe for a diabetic patient to take niacin 40mg daily. As am taking neurobion daily, in that niacin value is 40mg. Does it increases my sugar levels. Plz suggest.

I am very curious about the THT treatment. I am a man, is there a chances or a side effects if I'm taking THT Treatment, I want to change my voice, and this is the reason why I want the THT. My wife has a thyroid problem. Ealier her TSH level was around 6. So she was taking 75mcg Eltroxin. Then her TSH level comes to normal at around 3 after one month. Then we again repeat that test after 3 months then also TSH level was normal but when we repeat it after 6 month her TSH level drops to 0.187 which was below normal so we again consult a doctor . She drops her dosage to 50mcg on weekdays and 75mcg on weekends. But after this dosage also, she had a mild pain in her neck and its swelling a little bit. Her body feels hot and her hair is also falling. Its around one month taking this dosage. Kindly suggest. Her weight is 55kg now earlier it was around 63kg. Her last consultation and her last TSH report is in attachment.

Hello, My Tsh levels are really high ranging from 56uiu to 12uiu for several months and i am on thyroid medicine levothyroxine from last 6 to 8 months. I have got an ultrasound scan done for my thyroid glands, and it shows that both of my glands appear bulkier in size, lobulated appearance with heterogenous echotexture and the final impression of the scan report states that i have THYROIDITIS. I would like to know what can be the actual reason for such high tsh values and thyroiditis with high cholestrol (cholestrol is high since i got my thyroid problem) and what is its causes as i have no family history of thyroid and no personal disease history as of yet. It would be a greaf favor if anybody would be able to answer this. Thankyou.

My neck is swollen for past three months. Tsh level is 0.06. Anti tpo was less than 60. Usg scan showed few enlarged lymph nodes on both sides of neck and minimally enlarged thyroid gland.normal isthmus. Doctor suggested no treatment as of now. He asked me to repeat test after two months and visit him. I am extremely worried. I feel that thyroid swelling is increaaing. Is there any precautions that i can take
