I am suffering from mild pcos and my insulin fast is 5.71uu/ml and insulin pp is 53.22 uu/ml Is it normal..?? How to regulate my insulin

Hello, I am a serving personal and due to covid we aren't able to done thyroide tests which we used to do ragular basis, now it's been about 7 months from last test we did. Her T3 value was 173, T4- 16.4 and TSH was 0.21. as of now she's taking thyronorm 100 mg. And we are unable to done tests due to lockdown can she continue the medicine or we should do test before? She feels body pain while goes to sleep from last 1 month. Please advise.

Today I have tested GLUCOSE FASTING (F) results came 80 mg/dl... 9 hours back before sample given, I took anxiety medicine i. e Alprax 0.5mg(Alprazolam 0.5 mg) Before 9 hours of test time.  Can anxiety medicine i. e Alprax 0.5mg(Alprazolam 0.5 mg) i.e taken 9 hours BEFORE the sample given can affect/interfere my GLUCOSE FASTING (F) test result report??

My mother's glucose level shows more than normal range. What medicines should we use to keep it normal ? Or any other advice?

Suffering from past 6 months with stomach ache,during this i'v undergone many test everything thing was perfect except b12 and D3 which was very low,4 weeks ago i took a mri test and the result came to be mild heptomegaly, my doctor prescribed Lecithin silymarine zinc amino acid and vitamin tablet 3 times a day & Duloxetine USP 20 mg 1 time in a day. I am taking this past 4 weeks but there is no good result.pain is still there. kindly advise.

I did my ppbs test at home with OneTouch and I did it 3 mins before 2 hours and it came 190 but I again did it after 5 mins after 2 hours and it came 166 . Which one should I consider?? My fbs was 81
